The Coursilience Group is a place designed for the most important work you’ll ever do: the work of looking inward by way of building your mental strength.
Our focus is helping you find true self-awareness, which isn't about discovering a "new" version of yourself; it’s about stripping away the noise to see the person who has been there all along. This program is built on the belief that growth requires a unique balance—the steadfast, quiet strength to discover the resilient courage to let go of what no longer serves you.
Before we begin the heavy lifting, we must establish a baseline of "Personal Attention." This isn't a test you can pass or fail; it is a mirror. The value of this program is directly proportional to the honesty you bring to these questions.

As a 23-year Navy veteran with extensive experience in a high paced, high stress environment to include combat operations and special missions with Special Operations Forces and Naval Special Warfare. This program was created to share my journey and the insights I've gained along the way, aimed at developing and promoting mental strength and wellness through self-awareness and reflection—free from pressure and judgment. My goal is to help you connect with yourself, grow stronger, and thrive on your own journey.
I encourage you to embrace both sides of this journey. Your victories deserve recognition, but your struggl deserve a voice as well. After all, it's in sharing our vulnerabilities that we truly connect with ourselves and find the inspiration to persevere in not just in our brightest moments, but also through the lessons learned in our darkest times.

Our training is based on the humanistic therapy approach focused on conflict resolution (internal and external), emotional intelligence and mindfulness.
Research has shown that only 10-15 percent of the population is actually self aware. Quite the statistic. Follow us on the journey to learn how to become more self aware and the benefits that come with.

The mission doesn’t get done if we’re lying to ourselves. We leave the rank and the bravado at the door so we can do the real work of self-reflection. If you can’t be honest about where you’re at, you can’t get to where you want to go.
Mental health isn't a destination; it's a perishable skill. We treat our mental wellness with the same tactical discipline we apply to our gear and our training. We don't just "get through" challenges; we adapt and overcome them.
We don’t just talk about the highlight reel. We own the successes, the failures, and the wreckage in between. True strength comes from the courage to look at your entire journey and use it to build a better path forward.
The best way to support the person to your left and right is to make sure you are mission-ready yourself. We prioritize our own mental clarity so we can continue to be the leaders, partners, and teammates our people deserve.
There’s no "right way" to heal or grow—there’s only your way. We provide the space to slow down, find your own pace, and build a foundation that actually holds up when the pressure kicks back in.
Our process begins with helping you stay grounded in the present while guiding you to uncover the deeper, often unseen issues that influence your mindset and behaviors. We focus on building emotional intelligence and self-awareness as a vital tool for resilience and growth. Our goal is to empower you with the courage to confront and address fears some of which may be neglated so you can face challenges with COURAGE and RESILIENCE. The program is designed to support you in achieving positive results through:
- Active Listening: By truly hearing your experiences, we foster clear, honest communication. This helps us identify both external and internal issues—those that are obvious and those that are hidden so you can better understand yourself and your responses.
- Flexible and Accessible Communication: Whether through in-person meetings, virtual discussions, or electronic communication, we are committed to providing ongoing support. Our approach emphasizes setting SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Realistic, and Time-bound to promote meaningful, sustainable progress.
Our mission is to assist you in building self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and fostering personal growth empowering you to navigate life's challenges with confidence, purpose, and mental wellness.
We will maintain dialogue to ensure you stay on a positive course.
Our communication will remain open until we build a stable and strong foundation with yourself.
We are open to critique by affording each client two-way communication.
Our Team has a variety of backgrounds, extensive experience and knowledge at every possible level that each person can relate to. We have worked and operated at some of the highest levels expected under the most stressful environments.
We are and will remain committed to helping you help yourself, your family and those around you.
The Program is open to Veterans, Active Duty Military, Federal Employees, First Responders and their families

At The Coursilience Group, we believe that the essence of harmonious interaction can be derived from the principles of Aikido—where AI signifies harmony, KI represents energy, and DO embodies the way. We strive to create an environment within ourselves where conflicts are weakened.
In our fast-paced community, conflicts inevitably arise. It's essential to recognize that while our thoughts may guide us toward specific conflict resolution techniques, our instinctive reactions often lean toward “fight or flight.” We emphasize the skill of centering—helping ourselves align our thoughts, behavior, and bodily responses during challenging situations.
By cultivating this alignment, we empower ourselves to approach conflict with clarity and composure. Our focus is on being "hard on the issue and soft on the person," ensuring that while we address challenging topics head-on, we maintain respect and empathy for all parties involved. Most importantly, with ourselves.
We are dedicated to integrating the philosophy of AI KI DO into our core practices. We aim to harmonize the energy and transforming potential conflicts into opportunities for growth and collaboration.
